I've created a release, even though the (internal OAv2) Change stuff isn't finished.

    Thanks Mark! Can't wait for stable. Will be talking with my company about a donation. OAv2 has been an amazing tool for us! Hoping the Windows 7 licensing is working on this one -- currently running OAv2 release candidate.
